Rev. Mark Northcutt
Senior Pastor

Senior Pastor Mark Northcutt came to First Assembly of God in 1993. In addition to his pastoral responsibilities, Pastor serves as an elected official of the Assemblies of God organization at the district level. Pastor Mark practices a frank, conversational style of preaching that allows him to communicate God's message in an appealing, no-nonsense manner that you will find both comfortable and challenging. Pastor has had the privilege to share the gospel and train ministry leaders in various countries. His heart for missions and training of leaders is evident in every aspect of his ministry.

Prior to becoming the Senior Pastor, Pastor Mark served on the staff of Evangel Temple, Columbus, Georgia as Associate Pastor/Youth Pastor for ten years. In addition to his ministry at Evangel Temple, Mark served for two years as an evangelist speaking for youth camps, church crusades and public schools.

Pastor Mark is a graduate of The University of Georgia with a Bachelor of Science degree in Psychology, and an ordained minister with the Assemblies of God since 1983. Pastor Mark and his daughter Jenna are a tremendous inspiration and examples of faith, love, and leadership for the First Assembly church family.

Rev. Robbie & Jessica Anderson
Associate Pastor

Robbie is a former student of Brownsville Master's Commission where he spent time working with students from all ages while completing Berean's School of Ministry work. In 2000 he took an interim position in Albany, GA where he later joined the staff at Albany First Assembly full time overseeing the youth department for over four years. Currently, Robbie is licensed with the Assemblies of God, and he is sophomore at Gainesville State College working on his Business Administration Degree. Robbie has been the Student/Associate Pastor here at Athens First for the last three years, and he looks forward to many years to come.

Robbie and Jessica were married in September of 2002. Jessica is an R.N. at Athens Regional Hospital where she works in the Family Care Unit. Both of them are a blessing to us here at First Assembly.

David & Angela Eni
Associate Pastor

Associate Pastor Dave Eni came to First Assembly of God in July of 2004. Pastor Dave was taken on to a staff position in September of the same year. Pastor Dave’s responsibilities include leading the churches’ prayer ministry, heading up evangelism and teaching in the mid-week Bible study. Pastor Dave brings vibrancy and passion to serving the Lord that is refreshing and contagious to those that are around him.
Pastor Dave, a native of Nigeria, served as the establishing pastor of Agape Gospel Mission of Lagos, Nigeria from 1999 until he left for the United States in 2004. The ten years prior to the opening of the Lagos church, Dave served the ministry in Warri, Nigeria as worship leader, youth pastor and senior pastor.

Pastor Dave is a 1989 graduate of Discipleship Training Bible Institute in Warri, Nigeria. Pastor Dave and his wife Angela are a blessing to the church family at Athens First Assembly.
